About

100+ Manitobans Who LOVE ANIMALS is a community philanthropic model, poised to make a big impact on Manitoba’s animal charities. We ensure that 100% of your donation goes directly to the recipient we select together.

Pooled member donations contribute a larger, more significant and impactful donation to the recipient. As the organization grows in membership, the donations get larger, larger and LARGER!

Our Founder Jane Meagher is a successful Community Project Manager, Speaker and Philanthropist.

It was after hearing on the news about a group of youth within Manitoba, finding and torturing to death a litter of puppies that Jane decided, enough was enough, and she must do something to help animals receive the love and compassion they deserve. Hence, 100+ Manitobans Who LOVE ANIMALS was formed.

Jane was raised in England surrounded by animals. Her family rescued racetrack greyhounds who were going to be euthanized. Jane herself has had many rescue dogs and cats, and also advocates for farm animals. She firmly believes in financially helping animal charities and not-for-profits in Manitoba. These organizations tirelessly rescue and provide shelter. They also arrange for vets to look after the medical needs, as well as spay and neuter dogs all over this province. As Manitobans we can lead the way in preventing unwanted animals being born, and shelters being over-populated.

Jane Meagher is a Community Project Manager who leads with compassion, vision and success. She is also a consultant in the areas of addiction, mental disorders and human rights. Jane’s website is www.janemeagher.ca

The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.
